### 1. Returns & Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)
In accordance with Danish and EU consumer protection laws, you have the right to cancel and return your order within **14 days** of receiving your items without giving any reason.
To be eligible for a return:
* Your item must be **unused, unworn, and in the same condition** that you received it.
* Gloves and gear must show no signs of use, chalk, sweat, or impact marks.
* The item must be in its original packaging with all tags and protective wraps attached.

### 3. Return Shipping Address & Costs
All approved returns should be shipped to our local inspection address in Denmark:

* **Customer Responsibility:** Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

### 4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We carefully inspect all gear prior to shipment. However, if your package arrives damaged, defective, or with the wrong item/size:

2. Include your Order Number and clear photos of the defect or issue.
3. If verified, we will immediately provide a free replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs.
